Great stories. The three Westcott sisters are so different from each other. Faith is a pirate, unbeknownst to her siblings. Hope loves a scoundrel and refuses to listen to anything negative about him. Grace is very religious and endangers herself going about the area on errands of mercy. Each one faces great challenges, but overcomes them. Faith is captured and thrown in prison to face either the noose or a marriage that would be worse than death. Hope learns the truth about Lord Falkland when he causes her to be put on the slave auction block in St. Kitts. Grace is kidnapped by a pirate who plans to sell her to a Spanish Don for revenge. Of course, there are also handsome, exciting men in each of these stories, and, of course, they fall head over heels in love. Each is a riveting story, with fear, danger, excitement, romance, and above all, coming to know God. I loved this book and would recommend it to everyone. I enjoyed all three stories. I loved that they clean and heartwarming, finally an author who focuses on the charters and true romance. I love that she did not include x-rated sexual content.
I loved this series! Such a great deal these are three full books not short stories just thought I'd share that since there no indication as to how long they are. Great adventure! Great romance! Great Christian themes!
Mary Lu Tyndall has great story construction and flowing action. I truly enjoyed each story and getting to know the characters flaws and strength. Maybe all learn from these stories of allowing the Lord to work in every situation. Thank you Mary Lu great collection...looking forward to Charity's story. )
This set of books were so much fun to read. The author has wonderfully captured the English language so much so that I have learned many new words. I also learned a great deal about ships. MS. Tyndall has a lesson about Christianity for each of the lead female characters, especially the most pious of the three. All three books are adventurous yet not so fasted paced so the reader can enjoy each moment of the character's predicament.
